Welcome to Funworks

We have been producing textbooks for more that 20 years for South African IT (and formerly Computer Studies) students.

Funworks produces text books for Information Technology for learners in Grade 10,11 and 12 in South African schools. Their books have been used throughout South Africa to teach the fundamentals of programming in an interactive manner to high school learners.

The books are based on CAPS and designed to be interactive. We believe that learners must DO in order to learn. It is important that learners type in programmes and experiment with their code. Or theory books cover all aspects of the syllabus and include exercises that we call Check Points for learners to determine what they know.
